Alright, I am playing this deck and having over a 60% win ratio as of writing this. Currently, my goal is to make this fit within the standard format since rotation was recent after playing some events and climbing the ladders. I noticed that Inteleon needed some upgrades and changes with the trainers. I added a tool scrapper, tool jammer, and four copies of Path to the Peak.  There has been a massive change with everyone now using tools and seeing how it's the current meta. You have to have at least one tool scrapper now, and I might even play two, but it depends on what decks are becoming meta. Since the release of evolving skies, many tools have been played more, especially the Eevee's evolutions badges. This deck isn't top tier, but it's more budget friendly if you want a competitive deck. This deck is straightforward, but you will have to make some tough decisions when choosing the suitable trainers in your scenario. Good luck, and hopefully, I may have helped someone out with their own Inteleon Vmax deck.
