Deck Primer

Jolteon is the main attacker. Use the bellibolt to distribute energy you either draw or earthen vessel. Discard energy from killowattrel as you need to draw and then just keep discarding from your bench pokemon to attack for jolteon and recovering the energy with levincia or superior energy retrieval. Max rod should be used on jolteon but can be used on bellibolt if you don't get it until late game or in a pinch.

I'd recommend to also use at least 2 Fire and Water Energy as well to be able to have an option for using Dravite and since you run Max Belt you can do 330 with it which can OHKO Stage 2 Threat's and Stage 1's with 300 HP. Also, if you do that I'd recommend to add in at least 1 Crispin for that. Hope this can help and also nice concept for a Jolteon deck!
