Untested, lead with Mismagius to spread while accerating energy on IJ with Xatu. Tulip to get back any energy lost though KO and FBE in case you want to use IJs Second attack. Wyrdeer for clean up. Pray they don't have Manaphy or Jirachi

 

Tested a few times. Mismagius was too difficult to set up so that idea has been scrapped. Getting Xatu set up is imperative so replaced with TM Evolution for helping set up. Threw in Mimikyu as a way to deal with the rule box-heavy decks. Mewtwo EX might work

Mewtwo EX might work too if you don't mind the potential extra 2-prize liability, I found I usually didn't have more than 7 energy attached so Mewtwo would max out at 220. Keeping Wyrdeer in hand for late-game cleanup came in clutch a few games.
