I just noticed this deck's price is $76 and I chose the cheapest versions of each card??? my hate for prismatic evolutions knows no bounds
I don't see the point of flute in the deck to be honest. Glass Trumpet is the best acceleration for Terra's right now. There's a lot that can be changed for the better. As for price, Energy's (Outside of Special Energy and Holo's/Specific Art) I consider to be free and as for Trainers/Pokémon there is variance between sets, there may be cheaper ones in OBF/SSP etc.
The idea is Flute can summon up a weak tech Pokémon, then it's gusted into the active and Sylveon ex shuffles away whatever Pokémon was previously active. As for Glass Trumpet, I should absolutely add some copies of that...
My personal experience with Flareon is you don't want earthen vessel. You want your energy in your deck, not your hand. I would run 2 Crispin instead of 4 earthen vessel, and drop at least 1 Arven. Then add a couple professor's research and glass trumpet. Realistically, Flareon will win you more games than Sylveon, so just keep Sylveon on the back burner for a threat you have now way to deal with.
You don't need so many Tera Orbs. Just play 1 and 3 Nest Balls.
And also DandoK2 inkessant replied to your comment but didn't tag your name. Look at the comment above yours!
Sylveon ex is actually not horrible. My suggestions:
Flareon ex (Prismatic Evolutions) is weird in this deck. I actually think that a Terapagos ex (Stellar Crown) build would work so add those in.
Add Fan Rotom (Stellar Crown) and make a Noctowl (Prismatic Evolutions) build with Pidgeot ex (Obsidian Flames) .
Glass Trumpet (Stellar Crown) is a mainstay in this deck for energy acceleration. Also, the fact you don't play Crispin (Prismatic Evolutions) is baffling. These would make the deck much better.
Also, too much Accompanying Flute (Twilight Masquerade) , you don't need that many. I don't know why you don't play Super Rod (Paldea Evolved) or Boss’s Orders (Ghetsis) (Paldea Evolved) as they are virtually used in every deck.
This comment was a response to your Sylveon ex deck request.
