It Ain't Meta, But it's Fun to Play!

Simple and surprisingly smooth game play, plus its very budget friendly. Discard tool cards with all the different options (ToD, Reconstitute, quick and ultra balls, trainers), use those to discarded tools to power Rotom V's Scrap shot in early game. Transistion to Porygon2 to utilize the tools now in the lost zone to continue hitting for big numbers (up to 400 max IF all 20 tools make it to lost zone). Draw power is a pleasant byproduct of almost all the discard methods.

Ds rotating out and replacements

Remove 1 air balloon/add 1 ultra ball

Swap 4 Speed Lightning Energy for 4 Basic Lightning

Remove 3 Quick Balls/add 2 Rotom VStars

This leaves 1 empty spot which may go towards a 3rd Vstar. Havent committed to if i need 3 or not. If not, i would most likely add either a second boss or another tool.

Other thoughts for rotation...

If i can find a post rotation 1 prize basic pokemon that can help with discarding tools and adding draw power id like to replace Galarian Articuno V. Without airballoon i can see it getting stuck in active where i dont want it. Lumineon V could also be expendable if draw power remains strong post rotation.
