what's the strategy for this deck? how would it work? who is the main attacker?
also why do you have every single type of energy in your energies? the problem with this is you might not draw the right type of energy you want, so that would be detrimental to the strategy.
psiomega , sorry, I was very tired so I didn't realize that the deck might be difficilt to understand. Main attacker is kecleon. Tech is to get the right energy cards to hot for weakness with tool to hit x3 instead of x2 alongside kingambit to give +30 damage (raising an attack on weakness to about 360damage).
A third of the item lets you get specific energy cards, so gerting what you need isn't that hard. I have all type of energies because I'm tired and will look at the most and least popular weaknesses when I have the time for it. I hope this answers your questions
you can't attack the turn you use geeta so it's just slow
Hella67
So is having to equip 3 energies to a pokemon. Would you happen to have an idea for a better alternative?
PenAndPaper lost box engine because it's doing what youre trying to do but faster and 10x better
Hella67
Not to burst your bubble, but if I wanted to do lost bbox like 50% of the players, I would've gone for lost box.
I like trying to do things outside of the box (pun intended) and I don't expect my decks to be competitive level. My question was concerning more efficient options for *this context*, so if you have nothing constructive to add to this conversation, I gently invite you to not reply to this.
Thank you very much.
PenAndPaper that's the only efficient energy accelerator because there isn't anything else currently, geeta doesn't work buecause it's a turn 3 attack since it restricts you and by that point kecleon would've been ko'd so it's set back to square one, the only other idea is Diancie attached with TM turbo energy so gusting doesn't kill kecleon but that's also inconsistent, also saying i have nothing constructive to add when i've given you an answer is egregious but whatever
Hella67
Giving an answer and giving a constructive answer are different things.
Stating "Just make a deck other than this one" isn't doing anything in working towards a better version of this deck.
Why not Kabutops instead of kingambit (and supereffective glasses). I'd switched that energy search and potown store for roark and more raihan. And put a drawer in there, like radiant greninja (get rid of wrong energies).

Good point. I guess I just like Kingambit, haha. I just made a new list using Kabutops that'll work post-rotation. I'll make the changes here as well, though, since I like to brew a lot of alternatives. Radiant greninja is a very good idea (that I keep forgetting, haha)
it's right here if you're curious: https://pokemoncard.io/deck/supereffective-2-0-76581
