Pikachu VMAX deck made for @quantasaber. I'll still do a description though!

The deck relies on energy acceleration to either Pikachu VMAX or Flying Pikachu VMAX in order to deal big damage. Energy is accelerated with Flaaffy, Electric Generator, and Spark. Flaaffy and Spark require energy to be in the discard pile, so we have Radiant Greninja, Kirlia, and a few Ultra Ball. Greninja and Kirlia also help with draw, and are the main engine of the deck. Flaaffy and Spark require energy to be in the discard pile, so we have Radiant Greninja, Kirlia, and a few Ultra Ball. Greninja and Kirlia also help with draw, and are the main engine of the deck. As often as possible, use Miraidon ex to search basics, with Nest Ball for the first miraidon or other basics. Level Ball can fetch Mareep, Flaaffy, Ralts, or Kirlia. Forest Seal Stone is a massive boost to consistency and since there is no VSTAR in the deck, it doesn't affect it. Adventurer's Discovery can find up to 3 Pikachus, which is always useful.

Maybe Cut one Pikachu V for one Pikachu VMAX? 3-1 Pikachu VMAX seems a little odd, i would rather play a 2-2 line
