Deck Primer

First Step: Get Budew to initiate item lock, until your set up is complete.

Your Set-Up is done, if you have a Galvantula ex with the 3 energy attached. Additionaly Powerglass is attached. Garganacl should be evolved too or can be next.

Then constantly attack with Fulgurite, so you can item lock the opponent while dealing a good amount of damage. With Powerglass you can retrive one energy and accelerate a fighting energy with Garganacle, so you only need to attach one energy manually.

I know this deck is a bit outdated, but did Budew make this deck worse?

Every deck counter Budew in some way, so they're kinda prepared for item lock.
