This is one of the most fun decks I have played in this awful format :)

Vikavolt + PttP will disrupt and even shut down a majority of decks that thrive in the format, especially Lugia, and it is especially good against the current top tier single prizers- Regis and Lost Box.

Once you've set up and disrupted them enough, start swinging with a 300 HP Blissey, using cards like Hyper Potion and Cheren's Care to help keep up in the prize trade.

Use Thumping Snore Snorlax to take early KOs on smaller enemies

Use Thumping Snore Snorlax to take early KOs on smaller enemies and to keep tempo vs. faster decks. Any energy you discard can be accelerated onto Blissey afterwards. You can also use Thorton to get a Blissey into play.

Drapion is teched in for the Mew VMax matchup.
