Super tight decklist, has options for playing against most matchups. Really fun to play on Pokémon tcg live and I came up with this decklist myself over a few hundred games of testing, adding and removing cards. This deck is the Most fun I've ever had playing Pokémon cards.

Added squawkabilly ex to make sure your first turn isn't complete dogsh**. And one Kyogre as tech.

palkia vstar gives you options when you miss bax on turn 2.

attackers are 

Chien pao - main attacker, you will be able to kill anything with this. Ideally you want to start the game with this in the active to start getting water energy out of the deck, drawing with greninja and charging.

palkia vstar - secondary attacker, you will also be using this a lot to kill things for example the mirror match, gardevoir, lost box ect, they will not likely have an answer to your 280hp on their turn 2/3. Vstar power is also very good at setting up radiant greninja for turn 2 double k0s if you haven't got baxcalibur set up.

Radiant greninja - this is an attacking option keep this in mind for playing against miriadon running two flaaffy, and lost box or any decks running single price Pokémon without manaphy. Boss the bench barrier bidoof and take a knockout on that + skwovet. Try get lost city down before using the attack for double knockouts on them. Radiant greninja also fixed math on knockout vmax Pokémon that the palkia vstar didn't knockout previous turn. 

lumineon v, this Pokémon can attack easily with bax ability and knockout some single prize Pokémon or whittle down some 2-3 prizers while also going back into the deck so you can get it out again. 

Baxcalibur is also an attacking option  , 130 damage is nothing to sneeze at, and if you are up against lost box you can trade better into their single prize Pokémon with baxcalibur because of the high HP.

frigibax, you can actually use it to knockout stuff sometimes in gardevoir decks using its 30 damage attack for 2 energy.

Kyogre is a tech card I added to the deck for some matchups, you will probably never use this card because your bench is always full. instead of deck including drapion v, Kyogre can target 180hp benched Genesect v in the mew vmax deck matchup and take 2 prize cards for 1 trade, whilst also being effective and not a hinderance if you start in the active or against other matchups. also works well against lost box, it can target benched and active Pokémon and 140 hp will survive cram and sableye attacks. Really good for taking out benched lumineon v and squawkabilly ex for a favourable prize trade. You can also combo this on the turn after using a radiant greninja attack, by doing 180 damage to something radiant greninja already weakened by 90 hp, letting you knockout any 270 hp or less Pokémon. 

Tough matchups are

-against anything that kills multiple of your frigibax before you can set up, that's why we have manaphy, super rod and palkia vstar power options.

- path to the peak decks, there are 3 stadium bumps and one lost vaccum searchable by irida. 

-lightning, knocks out bax 220hp and hits palkia for weakness. Tough matchup but to win all you have to do is start the prize trade first, get an early palkia vstar and start k0.

- mirror match, this deck hasn't got anything included to counter the mirror match, you just need to manage your baxcalibur engine and make sure you're always targeting their baxcalibur when you have the opportunity to.
