[P] Sea Shadows: 20 damage

During your opponents next turn, they can't play any Item cards from their hand.

Meloetta EX = Meloetta ex (Black Bolt)

Ability: Live Debut

If you go first, this Pokemon can attack on your first turn.

[P]  Echoed Voice: 30 damage

During your next turn this Pokemon's Echoed Voice attack does 80 more damage (before applying weakness and resistance).

N's Resolve = N's Plot (Black Bolt)

Move up to 2 energy from your benched Pokemon to your Active Pokemon.

Triple Acceleration Energy = Ignition Energy (White Flare)

If this card is attached to one of your Pokemon discard it at the end of your turn. As long as this card is attached to a Pokemon, it provides [c] energy. If this card is attached to an Evolution Pokemon, this card provides [c][c][c] energy instead.

Strategy

have Jellicent ex in the active, Lillie's Clefairy double's damage which potentially allows OHKO's on most stage 2 Pokemon. Meloetta ex is the preffered starter comboed with TM:Evo for Jellicents on the bench turn one, you can retreat with it turn 2. I have found this combo fairly difficult to get so i tried with a Ditto (Paldean Fates) but opted for Carmine as it allows for draw as well as helping set up. Petrel is for when opponent plays Budew and lock you, Petrel can also grab supporters. Practice Studio helps in certain Stage 1 based matchups as well as boosting Jellicent for the potential Charizard ex (Obsidian Flames) OHKO.

Testing

I have only found trouble against Dragapult with it's spread so if you wanted to toss in another Munki you could. won 5/6 games against LimitlessTCG's top 6, losing to only Dragapult. I have had trouble with slower startsin multiple games but makes up for it with mid-late game lock. I chose Hero's Cape because it fixed math in most games and made it overall harder to KO.

Disclosure

I think this could be a deck that makes a Worlds Run if played by the correct player. This is the best list i could come up with. Hope you enjoy and tell me what you think could improve this deck.
