Hey there! I have a few suggestions for this deck, based on what I learned while building this deck (https://pokemoncard.io/deck/jirachi-3692)
- Triple Acceleration Energy is doing nothing for you, as it can only be attached to evolution Pokémon. Twin Energy is better;
- First off, consider adding Will and Victini from Guardians Rising, as they greatly improve your chances of knocking out with Jirachi;
- You could switch Air Balloon with U-Turn Board (or Escape Board, as I mention later), as your Pokémon only have a retreat cost of [C];
- Maybe adding Jirachi from Team Up + Escape Board instead of the Trainers' Mail or other cards.
