Deck Primer

Strategy:

Set up Joltik in the Active, and try to power up an Iron Hands. Get 1/2 Gimminghouls up and a Latias if possible. Next get a couple of Gholdengos, start drawing through your deck and try to take quick knockouts. If they put up a stronger Pokemon, use Dengo, Pikachu. Try to always go second and just nuke T2.

Matchups:

Charizard: The matchup is significantly improved by the Dengo and Pika but you still have to watch out for the revenge potential

Dragapult: Rather tricky matchup. You need to

Charizard: The matchup is significantly improved by the Dengo and Pika but you still have to watch out for the revenge potential

Dragapult: Rather tricky matchup. You need to be careful not to get too many liabilities (fez, latias, sect, Even Pika) Pikachu usually can't tank because of spread dmg.

Grimmsnarl: Probably your worst matchup, just give up atp. Froslass + Munki is unstoppable. Grimm just puts extra pressure.

Gholdengo: Rather easier to beat, you can take quick KOs and then sweep with your own Dengo.

Gardevoir: Munki is annoying, but if they don't setup, you can take double KOs for 4 prizes using Iron Hands.

Raging Bolt: Watch out, both of you are linear and usually Bolt gets first KO.

Joltik Box: Depends on who goes second honestly.

Flareon: Dog Box is difficult bc they usally get a T1 ex active and swinging for 130 dmg.

Tera Box: Pretty even matchup.

Pitfalls:

Going second is so important.

Requires smart management of resources ie: checking how many Superior Energy Retrievals you have, if you should Pika or hold..

Pros:

Very consistent

Strong if going second

Easy to learn the basics
