Question: Why do most players use Galarian Zigzagoon in their decks?

@KmoneyFTW In this deck is required zigzagoon becuase Jolteon vmax hits 100 to a damaged benched pokemon when said benched pokemon is already damaged. And in general, lots of attacks hit for 120, 140, 160, 200, etc. Since the hp range varies a lot, you need zigzagoon to damage for 10, so you can reach a single attack knouckout in one turn. Also, it synergizes with inteleon quick shooting since he can cover during early turns when inteleon isnt evolved yet.

@Officiallinebacker. I see that, I just thought that there may be better cards you could use in its place, as it seems that you on get to use its ability one time when you play it on your bench. Also, I am a novice player, so I don't have incredible deck building knowledge lol. Thanks for the answer!

The fact that it can only be used once is easily remedied with scoop up net; scoop up net both allows you to reuse your zigzagoons (and Inteleon lines!) but also can free up bench space for the late game.
