I stumbled across some control decks and decided to make my own, but with Jolteon VMAX.

As we already know, Jolteon is a pretty good bench and active attacker. So I decided to make it so that it would be more annoying than just trying to target the bench. So I just got a lot of the cards from control decks and added Jolteon to it.

The strategy is pretty simple, just disrupt your opponent's build! And also combine that with Jolteon's agressive attacks. There are a lot of disruptive cards in the deck

The strategy is pretty simple, just disrupt your opponent's build! And also combine that with Jolteon's agressive attacks. There are a lot of disruptive cards in the deck like crushing hammer, yell horn, fan of waves, flannery etc. 

Overall, this deck may be the most effective on the new Lugia VSTAR, as it is probably the BDIF of the format. This deck may not be complete, but it is fun to try it out!
