Pretty solid strength for a live expanded deck. Almost all the considerations you mentioned could very well be added, with the exceptions of 70HP sobble and town store.
With speed, the reasons to not include it don't outweigh the reasons to include it. Drawing two cards by attachment is better than something searchable by vessel and invulnerable to enhanced.
Guzma and hala are actually really solid here, you can charge more than one Jolteon with one GandH.
Tapu Koko is decent but not great here, as acceleration is almost never a problem here.
Hisuian heavy is not the best play here, its typically for if you have 1 ofs of key basic pokemon, otherwise, quick ball is more consistent.
Supporting pokemon can greatly help, a Lele and Dedenne should be sufficient.
