Deck Primer

This is the joltik box deck I have been playing on ptcgl. The plan is to second, then use Miraidon to get joltik, hands, and pikachu out, then power up pika and hands. Once hands is ready, go as far as you can with that, then switch to pika. Use bloodmoon as a backup if both get ko'ed
