I'd run a copy of Rapid Strike Scroll of the Skies (Chilling Reign) because of its super powerful way of answering energy piling. 3 energies on the active = 320 damage which KOs a lot of the format. You would need to factor in lightning energy, but you can use Spiral Energy (Chilling Reign). Once the TM cards from paradox rift comes out, you could definitely use the TM Sneak Attack, because it would be that you do 200 damage to a damaged benched Pokemon, which sounds hilarious.
