Skater's Park is for getting your energy back into your hand, try to reserve Energy Recyclers if you can so you can use Gardenia's Vigor which synergizes and gets energy back to which pokemon need it quick.

Since they're all pretty squishy, Radiant Tsareena along with Switch Carts are included. They're not Potions or Cooks, so try to use Radiant Tsareena each time you need it and cycle your Pokemon back to bench for healing as needed.
