This looks pretty cool! I'm wondering if the Lake Trio is a better way of getting the quad weakness set up instead of Vileplume, it's a lot faster. Thorton can also work, because it can swap a Keckleon with a Ho-Oh V set up with all the different energy types. On that topic, 16 is a lot!! I'd focus on the types that can hit for weakness when it comes to most meta Expanded decks, or what you have going on at your local place. A good place to start would be Lightning for colourless Lugia decks and Palkia VSTAR, Fighting against Miraidon and the rest of the colourless cards, Dark for Shadow Rider, and Psychis (alongside Lillie's Clefairy ex) for the EXTREMELY common dragon decks. You can trim down or cut out completely the other types, and only add them in when you know they'll be useful.
