Get out a kecleon or a few and place a rapid strike scroll of the skies on it, type check your opponets weakness and hit him for it by attaching that energy to kecleon. Use remoraid and octillery to set up and the mareep/flaaffy to keep the deck streamlined. Using training court to recover energy along with ordinary rod(which also gets  you back your pokemon.
