Hi,

I don't think Kabutops' ability and the glasses stack that way- I think whichever one is higher while both in play takes precedence, so once the Kabutops is out, the glasses would essentially be null. I believe the way it works is that the glasses replace all of the "x2" weaknesses on your opponent's cards, and then when Kabutops comes ito play, it replaces the x3 with a x4. If the Kabutops comes out first, and you later attach a pair of glasses, the x4 is bigger so it takes priority by overiding both the original x2 and the modified x3.

That being said, the glasses could still be useful for if you're havign trouble digging the Kabutops pieces out or part of the line gets prized. Gives you weakness abuse until the Kabutops can be set up.
