I think Mewtwo will slow your deck compare to other pokemon. Sure his first attack is really good but it needs double turbo energy or 2 basic energy. If you have a good draw you'll be able to tank few turns while stacking Alakazam. But if you don't + when Alakazam is set up, it is useless until you'll attack with Alakazam only.
Better use other utility Pokemons like Klefty or Mismagius (SIT) or Snorlax.
Also I would add 4 VIP pass or remove them all. Only two is kinda weird. Add one more Iono remove one boss order and add one or two Arven.
I love how it's been something like 20 years since Kadabra has been usable, but nobody uses it due to Rare Candy.
