Second turn evolve Kingdra ex and bring baxcalibar and two attackers onto the bench. 

Quaqua gives reasonable damage at high HP and Bax keeps it loaded. A second Kingdra is good in case you need to bring back more from discard and is a high damage attacker itself. Golduck is handy if you're stuck. Lumineon to get an Irida early on to help get RC and Kingdra. Greninja good to
