4 damage counter is made quite easily with or/and:

 

Froslass + Mundikori

 

Radiant Alakazam if the active opponent doesn't have any abilities

 

Gapejaw Bog (2 damage for any basic pokemon from their hand to their bench)

 

You're expecting to lose pokemon at the beginning hence don't mind too much losing 1 price pokemon. Which is why Fezandipiti Ex is key. You'll have some counter

Nice deck but I think you play the wrong ace spec. Maybe Hero's Cape (Temporal Forces) instead, or Neutralization Zone (Shrouded Fable).
