You have way too many Pokémon. You need to keep your deck concise and to the point, with only the most useful cards, like a Language Arts or History paper. The Gengar line is not very effective and far too passive. Weezing does not compliment your strategy of using Kingambit's Strike Down. There are good ways for it to work, but you need to pick a more powerful combo for spread damage, like Froslass and Munkidori, or something else.
