You can not use Seal Stone without a Pokemon V
Like what Leodav21 said, you need a V to use the attack on the card, even if it's something like Lumineon V or some other tech. Radiant Charjabug is a good addition that I've never seen on one of these lists, but I'm not sure if it's better than Radiant Alakazam, though. (And just so you know, using the old rare candy doesn't actually mean you get its old use of being able to evolve your mons first turn.)
