yes, 30 +10 from stadium or Vitality Band. Or move 1 counter with Alakazam.
Or just attack with Vengeful Punch, then is up to your opponent decide if he wants to suicide :D
what about if they switch/retreat
If they change the defending pokemon (switch or retreat or evolve too) the effect vanishes.
