Deck Primer

Was looking to put together a new deck to play with with no F cards. I have not had a good look at anything from Surging Sparks and forward too much but was looking for feedback or recommendations to the deck.

Current issues I find are that Arven isn't utilized to his full potential and is mainly there to get item and no tool after 2 uses, any other way to get item cards or more tools to add to make him have more value?

Also currently have a high mulligan rate so need to add more basics, thinking

I would remove Raifort, Handheld Fan, Energy Switch and Brilliant Blender. I would then add one copy each of Quaquaval and Baxcalibur's evolution lines. After that I would replace the Ace Spec with probably Prime Catcher or Secret Box. I also don't think that the Arvens are worthwhile, I would put in Professor's Research, Iono, ultra ball and probably another Nest Ball for my consistency cards. These are just my thoughts, and they are also based in an unlimited resource world
