I would cut the Blastoise line and add 2 Chien-Pao, 1 Palkia V and 1 VSTAR. Replace Energy Retrievals with Superior Energy Retrievals. Finally, replace 1 Klara and the Energy Switch with 2 Skater's Parks.

Velocomander I would love to, I may try just one copy of each now that you mention it! It's just tight on both deck and bench space. I am also (sadly) contemplating dropping the Kingdra line altogether once Blastoise EX comes out but that would be a last resort 😬
