I made a Kingdra ex deck to, but then i realized that it wasn't any good. Your deck seems to be much better than mine, but the card isn't that good. You have to evolve the Horseas turn 2, attack with King's Orders turn 3 and finally turn 4 start to attack. Even if you have Flutter Mane in the Active, your opponent still gets one turn with Kingdra ex in the active or you don't get your Bacxalibur, Blastoise ex e.t.c. Also, maybe you should have a Ace Spec?
Still, i havn't test your deck: maybe it's superpowerful?...
