This deck idea is pretty cool, and it looks like it would be immune to the next rotation. I have a few points of criticism, though. 

For one, why would you run Munkidori with no darkness of luminous energy? It's ability won't work without them.

A heavy ball would also be helpful if Rellor is locked in your prize cards. You could trade out a switch for it

I can't help but think Radiant Alakazam would be ideal. It's not that expensive.
