So Chansey is one of my favourite Pokemon and is objectively the 2nd best pokemon to answer when asked the age-old "Which Pokemon do you wish existed in real life?" question (first being Blissey of course). I want to play her as much as possible while Peonia is still in Standard.

This deck focuses around setting up Chansey into your prizes with multiple search options & Peonia while taking cheap knockouts with Brute Bonnet + Klawf. Clavell can search any Pokemon except Bibarel while Atticus gives

Update: After some testing, I have found there's too many moving pieces and the process may be a bit too convoluted. I will make Chansey work one day

Fun idea. Dream ball seems like it would work as well to get something significant into play.
