Try to  Alolan Raticate (Pokémon GO)  up early to get a good start use "chase ups" to get energys and trainers then use Koga's Trap (Unbroken Bonds)  to confuse and  poison then use vs seeker to get it back with  Seviper (Burning Shadows)  bench to get some spare time to knock out, use super fang as well to get the knock out.if you don't get Seviper (Burning Shadows) and/or Alolan Raticate (Pokémon GO)

Try to  Alolan Raticate (Pokémon GO)  up early to get a good start use "chase ups" to get energys and trainers then use Koga's Trap (Unbroken Bonds)  to confuse and  poison then use vs seeker to get it back with  Seviper (Burning Shadows)  bench to get some spare time to knock out, use super fang as well to get the knock out.if you don't get Seviper (Burning Shadows) and/or Alolan Raticate (Pokémon GO)  use Galarian Obstagoon (Champion's Path)  and use knuckle impact for some heavy hits or if you have the seviper bench but not Koga's Trap (Unbroken Bonds)  Garbodor (SWSH Black Star Promos)  and Brute Bonnet (Paradox Rift)  work just as fine, Virbank City Gym (Plasma Storm)  is the best stadium and a good choice.
