Kommo-o is a stage 2, but, it ain't number 2! 
Okay, I know I need to work on my puns. But, 180 damage for 2 energy is busted, and most times if you are on second turn your opponent hasn't really set up yet, it can take some wins. Expanded or not, I'm still thinking this deck is one of the best. Try it out and see if you can win some battles!

Since you're in expanded, you have access to Double dragon energy. Unless you're worried about the duraludon matchup, you should consider switching out some of the basic energy for that to leave room for other things.

Also, I noticed that most of the tools you use won't have any effect, as you will be discarding them before they can take effect on your opponent's turn. You might want to replace Big Charm, Full Face Guard, Ear-Ringing bell, and Big Parasol with things like Vitality band, choice band, muscle band, and maybe some of the different gloves for different matchups. The air balloons should also be replaced by Float stones.

Lol also U-turn board can save a lot of space, considering it goes back to your hand after discarded!
