The Kyogre deck focuses on using Kyogre's Aqua Storm attack, which does 50 damage times the number of Energy cards you find in the top 5 cards of your deck (which are discarded) to 2 of the opponent's Benched Pokemon. Cryogonal's Element Chain attack allows you to look at the top 6 cards of your deck and attach all of the Energy cards you find there to your Pokemon in any way you like (all of the other cards get shuffled back into your deck).
