The only thing I did with this deck different is add 2 Professor's Research. I found while playing this deck that there were often games I couldn't get the cards I needed and struggled to draw Sonia or Quick Ball. Adding 2 Research seemed to help fix this, allowing me to thin my deck a little easier. And since Volcarona thrives on discarded energy and recycles them into your deck, I never struggled to get the energy once I finally got set up.

Kyogre: Main source of damage. Can output 500dmg per turn (250x2 with max energy discard) and is best loaded onto your bench as early as possible.

Cryognola: Helps accelerate energy to your Kyogre. The volume of energy in the deck make this card extremely efficient and can set up 2 benched Kyogre with max energy draw. Best as your active slot Pkmn until you have a Kyogre ready to strike.

Volcarona: Your "Wit's End", so to speak. I found it best to set this card up early so you could prepare for a big hit a few turns in advance. This card is phenomenal in keeping your card draw alive if you're up against slower decks. Any energy discarded buff the attack and get placed BACK into your deck. If you're struggling to set up your Kyogre, or even can't seem to draw one or a Cryognola, you can use this card with Professor's Research to prep some big hits.

Quick Ball: Self explainitory. Used to accelerate Kyogre, Volcarona, and Cryognola to your bench.

Sonia: An easy way to get whatever cards you need. Gives you the option for Energy or Pkmn. Can make for a GREAT turn 2 if the RNG God's deem you worthy.

Escape Rope: Great way to slow your opponent down, especially once you get multiple Kyogre set up.
