who doesn't have a few Wishiwashi (Evolving Skies)  lying around? exactly what I thought, so why not use it?

Anyways you know how it says 3 or more water energy attached, well Origin Forme Palkia VSTAR (Astral Radiance)  has you covered, attaching 3 water energy from your discard to your pokemon in any way you like. Then you're swinging for 120, but you can still attach more energy with Melony (Chilling Reign)  and hand attachment.

The other choice of course is the Lapras VMAX

The other choice of course is the Lapras VMAX (Sword & Shield) , who does more damage for water energy too, and it has a lot of HP as well, so it can take some knockouts without the favour (favor) being returned.

Temple of Sinnoh (Astral Radiance) helps slow down rapid strike, single strike and Arceus VSTAR decks, as their special energys will become a weight for them to carry the whole game, and it can counter-stadium too!

Rubber Gloves (Evolving Skies) is a decent inclusin (feel free to switch it up), I'm just worried that powerful electric type decks like Boltund V and Jolteon VMAX, which can deal solid damage, will run away with the game as you can't secure the KO fast enough.

The other cards in this list are very self-explanatory, like Manaphy (Brilliant Stars)  for bench protection and the Radiant Greninja (Astral Radiance) for draw support.

Anyways good luck trying this out!
