Suicune V is there for the additional draw power and early attacks to keep your opponent busy while you set up lapras

Inteleon increases the consistency of the deck being able to pick what exactly you need, and frosmoth is able to drop down all the energies you'll need, also since this is a pure water deck inteleon can also be an additional attacker against decidueye and other 1 prize archetypes.

I wouldn't say particular this deck is T1 or even T1.5 but it's definitely
