Deck #4 in my attempt to catalog some of the Legacy format that will disappear with the launch of PTCGL. Reshiram is the star of the deck it utilizes Typhlosions ability to power up quickly and allow for more damage from its outrage attack. Utilizing "Blue Flare" to discard energy allows you to put energies back on this pokemon with Typhlosion to do more damage with outrage. Sage's Training and Ninetales allow you to keep a larger hand for more access to rare candy plays. This deck allows you to hit large numbers with the use of silver bangle and plus power. This deck thrives against things with big basics as you trade one prizers for their two prize pokemon. It is slightly slow to set up but once running it has no troubles keeping a stream of attackers. Reshiphlosion also has the added benefit of getting around Garbodors ability lock since all abilities in this deck are pokemon powers. My personal play on this deck utilizes two smeargle instead of the pichu for the late game draws. This deck would fall in the "B teir" of the format as it is not as quick as some of the bigger name decks.
