Legendary Zapdos (GBC Pokemon Trading Card Game)

I was playing this old GBC game on an emulator and wanted to share this deck from it!

The Base Set Zapdos is a proxy for the in-game legendary Zapdos card:

Zapdos, Lv 68, HP 100

Pokemon Power: Peal of Thunder

When you put Zapdos into play during your turn (not during set-up), do 30 damage to a Pokemon other than Zapdos chosen at random. (Don't apply weakness and resistance.)

Attack: Big Thunder (L)(L)(L)

Choose a Pokemon other than Zapdos at random. This attack does 70 damage to that Pokemon. Don't

Choose a Pokemon other than Zapdos at random. This attack does 70 damage to that Pokemon. Don't apply weakness and resistance for this attack. (Any other effects that would happen after applying weakness and resistance still happen.)

The goal is to just set up Zapdos in 3 turns, and blast every other Pokemon off the board before they evolve or get stronger. Zapdos being the only Pokemon in your deck, you will never use its Pokemon Power and you don't have to worry about RNG hitting your own bench. Use Defender, Potion, and Full Heal to keep Zapdos alive long enough to do setup and start swinging. Use Gust of Wind to trap something in the active spot with a high retreat cost  & high HP and hit benched Pokemon (at random of course). Use Goop Gas Attack to handle Mr. Mime Invisible Wall. Use Poke Flutes to revive opponent's low-HP pokemon if you're trying to void 2-hit KO-ing larger Pokemon.
