Nah, the Dedenne is for its ability. Used to keep hands fresh without using your supporter for the turn

Lt. Surge can let you use more Leons in a turn, you could also change the charmeleon to the one that mills 5. You can also drop the great balls. Change the quick ball to ultra ball. There are a few other cards that could be change. Besides this it seems great though.
