Deck Primer

Slowly grind down your opponent's resources with Licks Go Crazy as Bibarel/Skwovet draw through the deck.

Late game Iono + Counter Catcher onto something that can't attack + Licks Go Crazy can buy you turns to mill out the remainder of your opponent's deck.

Lickilicky is somewhat unique as it applies damage pressure but also resource pressure, making it one of my all time favorite cards.

I've learned that most decks in Expanded that play like a Standard deck don't go very far in tersm of winning games. This deck looks neat, but at most I can see it annoying your opponent as everything that Licks Go Crazy does can be mitigated for the most part. In fact, you will often be doing your opponent a favour depending on what you discard. Good concept, though, as Lickilicky is a very unique card!

Perhaps try making this into a CG deck? (A standard deck with up to one playset of an expanded card.)

The thing with competitive Expanded is if you don't lock your opponent out of the game turn 1 or take all of your prize cards in 3 turns it isn't a good deck. If I only limit myself to building within those parameters there wouldn't be many different decks to make at all. Most of the decks I build will get blown out of the water by Expanded Meta, but anything will that doesn't follow the two previous mentioned rules.
