I haven't tested the deck but I really like the setup. Dragonite V is there for when you're opponent sticks a tank in the active, Penny is important for pulling up Raikou/Dragonite incase of knockout. I felt like Guzma would be better than boss because of the huge amount of switching comfey in and out. I'm not sure if Cancelling Cologne will stay in either. If this were a tournament deck then I would switch out for drapion and something else probably. Overall though, I am very proud of this deck
