In addition to being able to take KOs better than control probably should be able to, we also have access to the usual Luxray V, Chi-Yu ex, and Mimikyu to waste the opponent's resources.

I would recommend this deck to anyone who likes long games, managing 29 (yes, that many) singleton cards in a deck, and losing all of your friends at the closest game store.
