Seems a lot less optimal than CEL Kyogre for Lost Box since you're at most taking 3 prizes with Max Detonate.
In order to get the most out of this, I would include Sky Seal Stone (Crown Zenith) so you can take 4 prizes and likely close out the game that way.
If not, you probably need Pidgeot V (Lost Origin) to keep yourself from decking out in situations you're very behind on the prize trade.
Sky Seal Stone (Crown Zenith) only works when your opponent's active Pokémon (VMAX or VSTAR) is knocked out by one of your basic Pokémon V. So you'd have to add a V or aim for a Scorching Column kill.
Forgot all about that caveat. In that case, yeah, the deck is strictly worse than most other Lost Box builds and definitely worse than a Kyogre list.
