Galarian Zapdos V is included primarily as a simple answer to OHKO Arceus VSTAR, but can also be a great option when facing Miraidon ex decks (especially the Regieleki VMAX build). Drapion is obviously there for Mew VMAX, but can be a factor against Gardevoir ex as well. Since the vast majority of the time you will only be playing the aforementioned V Pokemon to knock out an opponents VMAX or VSTAR, Sky Seal Stone is the VSTAR tool of choice.
