This doesn't work. You need Palkia G for Palkia G Lv. X, so not just any Palkia can work. Oh and your deck is not focused at all. I suggest top of the deck manip cards with Mime. Jr and Girafarig to make it work. The deck is a nice idea, but isn't focused. You have no energy acceleration for Moltres, and even if you did, you would be better off making a mill deck with that.
