Basically use the LZ engine to power up Dragonite and OHKO things with Choice Belt. Sableye is there to KO Amazing Rares and spread, which Cram can't do. Raikou is there to fix the Lugia matchup, Drapion is there to fix the Mew matchup.

Adding a Raikou v and forest seal stone sounds like a great improvement in this deck. Even the free retreat Zeraora that hits for 110 to V's.

I think the higher switch option is rather preferable to get to the turn 2-3 mirage gate.

2 serena, 1 bird keeper instead of boss.
2 Meony intead of raihan, since your attackers are already V pokemon, no need to get knockout.

Temple of sinnoh seems situational without a marnie or roxanne since you let them build their resources.

I think its a good idea, though.

You're totally right about the Boss change! I honestly just forgot Serena was a card, and the Bird Keeper is a nice touch as a switch searchable by Lumineon. As for Raihan, I'm going to keep it how it is because Raihan works for any energy, not just water, and it also works for Radiant Greninja and Snorlax. It adds an explosive option for a single-prizer in the late to mid game, and I think that's a crucial part of this deck that helps it stay afloat in some matchups.

Serena is definitely nice, as a lot of decks actually contain a Pokémon that can parylize, and some are even centered around it, as not many people play Switches anymore.

After some testing I've decided to change some things, check the deck history for cuts.

I cut Bird Keeper because there wasn't enough space, I cut a Choice Belt because it isn't needed in all matchups, I cut Snorlax for a Sableye which fill the same purpose in this deck. I also added Training Court because of Greninja synergy. I decided that Boss is better than Serena because Boss can work on Manaphy and Amazing Rares.

That's true, a lot of people seem to be playing Amazing Pokémon now.
