You could play Counter Catcher (Paradox Rift) . Also you could try Spiritomb (Mega Evolution) and maybe play a little more Lillie's Determination. If you want, you could add Professor's Research (Journey Together) but you have Lillie so not really needed.
Spritomb is kind of niche so not really needed but you could try.
Looks cool, I've been meaning to try out the loyal three now we have the cards from the Mega Gengar deck. Now that we have it you can replace Morpeko with Yveltal (Mega Evolution) which has free retreat and a decent attack for stalling, I agree that Counter Catcher would be better than Pokemon Catcher - you could probably get away with 2 Boss and 1 Counter Catcher, and running Gravity Mountain instead of Risky Ruin would let Okidogi KO stage 2s in a single attack which would be particularly useful against Marnie's Grimmsnarl which can heal off damage with its own Munkidori so you can't get the KO with yours the next turn.
I'd probably run a 2-2 of Toxel and Toxtricity for consistency, you could remove Colress and Xerosic to make room, and if you can find space for it Bravery Charm would get Pecharunt and Squawkabilly out of the 200 damage range that Dragapult ex hits. 11 energy is probably a little too much, going down to 9 would give you more space for consistency cards.
Thanks for your suggestions. I'll try with Risky Ruins first and see if I wish I had Gravity Mountain. I definately need at least two stadiums to bump Battle Colosseum which would nullify Munkidori's ability. I'm thinking about adding 2 Dawn somehere and running Maschiff/Mabosstiff in place of the catchers., but it will be will be a really crowded bench. I'll try some of these edits and tweaks first on Pokemon Live.

Thanks for your suggestions. After some playtesting on PTCGLive I found Gravity Mountain is a must. Also running 2 Toxel/Toxtricity (PFL) is a must.
Almost everyone was running Mega Charizard or Mega Gengar when I playtested, and they can't be defeated otherwise. I actually prefer Morpeko to Yveltal because it allows me to put it in the Active Spot, then draw and use trainers to set up whatever I have on the bench and simply retreat unless the card I set up is Okidogi or has a Binding Mochi, in which case I use Subjugating Chains. I found Mabosstiff with Intimidating Howl worked better for me than Counter Catcher, and he's easy to set up with Dawn.
I didn't try Spiritomb, my bench is already overcrowded. Okidogi ex is the main attacker, Pecharunt ex and Toxicity are must-have-on-the-bench cards, Morpeko and Mabostiff are should-have-on-the-bench cards, then I get to pick one: Munkidori, Munkidori ex, Fezendipiti ex, or a second Toxicity. Usually whatever I draw- and each one gives each game a different flavor, which I like.
I edited this deck with what I have found playable above, so it's a different deck than what you saw and commented on.
If you have any more suggestions for tweaks, let me know!
